How to Build Google Custom Search Engines (CSE) Utilizing Google Dorks (aka Ethical Hacking)

Overview
You know we all want to cover as much as the Web as we can when seeking out talented prospects and our time is limited. You’ve heard it time and time again, “Where’s my pipeline of candidates?". Or you’re a Sourcer and your Recruiting team needs more pipeline; preferably not involving LinkedIn...What to do..?

What to Expect
In this Advanced session we’ll quickly review the basics of building a CSE and then jump head first into the Advanced features. I’m not going to build out one search but create a platform of multiple searches designed to seek out any skill set regardless of industry.  We’ll also cover Google Dorks and explore the ethical hacking side of Google’s Advanced search operators (related, URL Patterns, site, cache, filetype, intext, numrange, etc) while creating complex search engine queries to incorporate into our CSE.  This session is intended for Sourcers looking to build a CSE for their recruiting team - how to build and what to include for maximum candidate traction.

Who should attend
People who know what CSE is and have preferrably made one before. We’re going to move quickly and share lots of information, but please heed this warning - this session is in the Advanced Track and therefore not intended for the faint hearted!  You’ve been warned!!!

Takeaways
• Quick review of the basics of building a CSE and then a jump into the advanced features
• How you can use ethical hacking with Google’s advance search operators to create more complex searches
