The Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals has a primary goal of establishing a Body of Knowledge for the profession, which in turn will help to establish common standards for education, measurement and ethics. To establish this Body of Knowledge, ATAP will be gathering quantitative and qualitative data from a variety of sources, including working sessions at conferences such as SourceCon.
