Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Overview
The combination of logic, keywords, and platform-dependent operators, collectively referred to as Boolean search, can daunt novice and experienced recruiters alike, but it shouldn't. All search is a learning process. The key to effective learning is to ask the right questions. When you're asking the right questions, everything else starts to fall into place.

What to Expect
In this session, we’ll explore the best questions to ask, as well as the right searches (Boolean and otherwise) to answer them.

Who should attend
Any recruiter who’s ever faced a Boolean crisis of confidence.

Takeaways
• Learn about the questions that can help us identify and engage people
• Match the right questions to the right search strategy
